Tom septum?

So there has been photos of Tom and Bill out with family and friends during the Prince concert.

People are suggesting that Tom had a septum.. i find it hard to believe.. for one, Tom has a strict discipline, he does not even have a tattoo (yet). I think people are just trying to make it seem like it, creating a fuss bout it.

But personally, TOM if you can read this, PLS DONT. Your face is already beautiful enough that it doesnt need to accessorize even further..
